Kevin O'Scannlain - Participant

Kevin O’Scannlain serves as Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy in the National Economic Council at the White House. In this position, he advises on technology, telecommunications, and other matters. He served most recently in the White House Counsel’s Office covering energy and environmental legal issues. His private sector experience includes practicing law in-house at Chevron Corporation, and in the Regulatory and Government Affairs practice group at DLA Piper LLP. His other public sector service includes handling tort reform and other matters for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. He received his J.D. from University of Notre Dame, and B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.
